RH Vikram who is making his musical debut in Tamil films with Gautham Karthik starrer Rangoon to be directed by Rajkumar Periasamy and produced by AR Murugadoss, is going to be a big one for him. The way he scored music for Rangoon makes one wonder that it’s going to be a musical blockbuster debut for him. Just like it happened to Ilayaraja with Annakkili in 1976 and to AR Rahman with Roja in 1992.

If one hears his albums and jingles, one would feel the fresh breath of music in his compositions. His pulsating music could set the listener to nod his head, tap his foot, stomp at will and give him an ecstatic experience. With Rangoon, this young talent is rearing to go and carve a niche for himself in the film industry. And let’s hope, few years from now he would be bracketed along with the likes of his mentors Ilayaraja, AR Rahman, and GV Prakash.
