Riya Suman is an Indian model and actress who appears mainly in Telugu and Tamil films. She debuted in the commercially successful 2016 Telugu film Majnu.

She appeared in Majnu (2016) while studying for her degree, opposite Natural star Nani. The movie opened to great reviews commercially and critically. After finishing her degree, she starred in another Telugu film, Paper Boy (2018), which opened to mixed reviews from the critics and audience. Although she received critical appraisal for her rich yet humble girl portrayal and nuanced performance in the film. The Hans India's critic wrote, "Riya Suman delivered an elegant and beautiful performance.

She is not only looking extremely gorgeous in the film but will impress the viewers with her talent as well.The IndiaGlitz critic wrote, "Riya Suman is restrained; her smile comes with a certain cuteness."Telugu Film Nagar's writer praised the film, writing, "Matured measured performance by Riya Suman. The Telugu Cinema' writer's review said, "Riya Suman shows grace and has a decent screen presence.

Riya's first film in Tamil, titled Seeru (2020), with Jiiva, was directed by Rathna Siva.

Chandran (born 5 September 1988) is an Indian film actor who has worked in the Tamil film industry. After featuring in short films and music videos, Chandran made his feature film debut with Prabhu Solomon's romantic film Kayal (2014).



Chandran pursued his education at the Sir Sivaswami Kalalaya school in Chennai and then later at the Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda College, often featuring in school stage plays, which helped him gain a passion for acting. A performance as Adolf Hitler at a play won him plaudits at school and after further performances in short films, Chandran subsequently became interested in becoming an actor in Tamil feature films. He later moved to New Delhi to do a postgraduate degree at the National Institute of Advertising, as his father was insistent that he had a fall back plan in case a career in the film industry did not materialise. After graduation, Chandran moved on to work in the sales team at the radio station Suryan FM 93.5 and then moved on to become a branding consultant with the film franchise, Sathyam Cinemas. During his stint at Sathyam Cinemas, he revealed that he would dress up in formal attire and attend film functions, in a hope that directors would potentially be impressed and cast him in their films.



Hoping to get a breakthrough in films, Chandran quit his consulting job and began extensively auditioning for roles and signed up with the theatre group, Inferno Productions, becoming a regular in their productions. After hearing that Prabhu Solomon was casting for a new film from a co-actor, Chandran sent his portfolio and received an offer to play the lead role in Kayal (2014) the following day, much to his surprise. Prior to the beginning the first schedule, the director asked Chandran to lose fifteen kilograms for the role and undertake a training workshop under stunt choreographer Pandian. A love story set in the backdrop of the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami, Kayal featured Chandran portraying a nomad who travels across India as a passion, before falling in love with the titular character, portrayed by Anandhi. For the shoot, the team shot extensively in muddy waters resembling the conditions post-tsunami, and Chandran suffered from mild fungal infections from the experience. He also noted the difficulty in concentrating on acting and emoting, despite the force of the water exerted by the water jets, and revealed that he had to maintain a red eyed look for significant portions of the film. The film opened in December 2014, ten years after the anniversary of the disaster, to positive reviews and Chandran won critical acclaim for his portrayal of Aaron. Behindwoods.com wrote the "new find is powerful and glides through heavy duty emotional scenes with ease", adding that "his ruggedness and nonchalance are enjoyable to watch out for". Similarly Sify.com's reviewer noted he gives a "truly excellent performance", while Rediff.com remarked he and Anandhi were the "perfect choice" for the film.

H. Vinoth is an Indian film writer and director who made his directorial debut with Sathuranga Vettai (2014) and his next venture Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru starring Karthi.Vinoth's debut was produced by actor, director Manobala and was distributed by Thirupathi Brothers Film Media and he worked with Ajith Kumar on Nerkonda Paarvai.

He worked as an assistant director to R. Parthiepan and Vijay Milton in Pachchak Kuthira, Goli Sodarespectively Sathuranga Vettai, his first movie in 2014, was very well received by the audience. 

The film was said to be a "con film". Vinoth stated, "My film is about the pace at which we all want to make money in our lives. It's about the anger of the common man who thinks money is the solution to all his problems. When there's an imbalance in nature, we experience tsunami and earthquake. Likewise, my story is about the imbalance in the social morals of a common man". Although it was a heist film, the director said that he had made the film "as funny as possible" and that it had been narrated , was signed on as director. The film subsequently began production in mid-October 2016.

In early 2016, Vinoth narrated a script to Karthi, who was very impressed and agreed to team up with Vinoth after his current commitments Kaashmora and Kaatru Veliyidai. The movie is titled as Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru and produced by S. R. Prakashbabu and S.R. Prabhu of Dream Warrior Pictures.

The story is based on true events from the Operation Bawaria, which involved the nefarious activity of dacoits and its eventual containment by Tamil Nadu police. Karthi and Rakul Preet Singh play the lead roles in this movie, while Abhimanyu Singh played the prime antagonist. Along with the Telugu dubbed version titled Khakee - The Power of Police, the film was released on 17 November 2017. A Hindi dubbed version titled Theeran was released on YouTube by Goldmines Telefilms on 24 June 2018. Karthi received Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actor – South and nominated Filmfare Award for Best Actor – Tamil.
